The client understands the deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation occurs 24 hours
prior to the charter. Client understands that they are responsible for any damages to the interior or exterior of the
vehicle by themselves or anyone in their party. Charges will apply for any hourly overages and damages such
as gum, burns, regurgitation, major spills, etc. Client also understands that Outer Banks Limousine is not responsible
for any items left in the vehicles.
Clients must be eighteen (18) years of age to place a reservation.
A valid
credit card must be on file for any reservation.
No smoking is allowed in any vehicle.
State Law prohibits
underage drinking. No drugs are to be carried in the vehicle. If the client or anyone in the client's party
are found to be possessing / using drugs or consuming alcohol under the age of twenty one (21) the chauffeur will terminate
the charter, return the party to their starting point and no refund will be issued
Client understands that if they or anyone in their party becomes unrulely or acts
irresponsibly the chauffeur has the right to terminate the charter and no refund will be issued.
